Scare of the Day :: Plantain or Banana?
For TOE’s first Scare of the Day, I almost thought this was a mealy banana. No longer edible because of my poor management in the kitchen. Quite the scare. I hate letting bananas go bad.
But no!
It’s a ripe plantain, which means I can eat it tonight and it’ll taste fantastic. Saved!
