carl thunem ocean beachThree soft sticks butter
Three large eggs / Four medium eggs
One and one half teaspoon baking soda
One quarter teaspoon salt
One cup light brown sugar
Three and one eighth cups whole wheat flour (Use Dakota Maid – Prairie Socialism is the Answer.)
Two cups oatmeal.
One cup chocolate chips.

Grease cookie sheet using butter wrappers. Heat oven to 350-375 F (depending on your oven). Place spoonful size globs of cookie dough on cookie sheet. Cook until there remains only one small oleagenous glimmering globule of gooey glistening goodness on largest cookie in the coolest spot and remove (usually around six to ten minutes).

Makes thirty to fifty cookies, depending on your cookie dough consumption and some other mystery factors.
