It looks like it made in along the coast of Southern California. I don’t see any trees, so I’d guess it’s South of Pismo Beach, roughly. There are stretches south of, roughly, San Simeon that don’t have a lot of trees, so it could be there, too, but the brush covering the hills doesn’t look like it’s from that area. Even still, it’s hard to say. I don’t see any roads, so it’s somewhere that Pacific Coast Highway runs inland a bit. If I had to guess I’d say somewhere around Lompoc or Avila beach. I could be a picture from Mexico, but I don’t know enough about what it actually looks like to say.
