Martin Luther King, Jr., civil rights activist, was born January 15, 1929 in Atlanta, Georgia.
In February 1956, when he was 27, Alabama cops arrested him during the Montgomery Bus Boycott. This was his mug shot.
When he died, his autopsy revealed the heart of a 60-year-old man even though he was only 39.
Every third Monday in January is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
