Let me preface this by saying that Pau Gasol is the only Lakers player that I really like.
Now, to the matter at hand:
How did this Spanish, med-school-to-the-NBA, good-looking guy evolve to become so hirsute?

I find this particularly funny since anywhere I go people mistake me for Pau Gasol. I used a picture of Pau as a my facebook profile picture for a while and 2 months later my girlfriend at the time asked where I took the photo. Even my own parents had to stop watching laker games because it freaks them out.
