BookMooch is a site that allows you to trade books with others. You enter the name of a book you’d like to get rid of, and when somebody requests it, you send it to them (and pay for shipping). Then, when you request a book, you will have it shipped to you for free. It’s based on a point system, and founder John Buckman ensures that everyone sticks to a 2:1 ratio – you can only get two books for every one book you give away. Sound complicated?
