After some sleuthing, I can explain why I’m posting Charlie bit me again,

Toddlers with British accents, what he says, how the baby reacts with a giggle at the perfect moment…
This whole goddamn video is littered with adorable. Throw a British accent on top of it, and the American public’s heart is pleased!
If they had been wearing little top hats, youtube would’ve had to be shut down.
