[1] Relax in a hot bath.
[2] Loiter in the shower.
[3] Heat your towel or bathrobe in the microwave or dryer. If you’re lucky, you can have someone prepare it while you’re making your ablutions.
[4] Double up your socks.
[5] Wrap your hands around a nice soup-bowl sized cup of tea, coffee, or hot cocoa, and sip it slowly when it’s warm.
[6] Do a few sets of jumping jacks, sit-ups, or push-ups.
[7] Drink whiskey.
[8] Dance.
